1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Service Description

LCH Agency provides professional AI architecture and development services, including but not limited to:

• AI system design and architecture
• Model integration and implementation
• Performance optimization
• Cloud infrastructure setup
• Technical consultation and advisory

The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All pre-existing intellectual property, data, and materials provided by the Client remain the property of the Client. Upon full payment, the Client will receive ownership of custom work products created specifically for the Client.

LCH Agency retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, tools, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property used in the delivery of services.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to:

• Business strategies and plans
• Technical specifications and architectures
• Customer data and analytics
• Pricing and financial information
• Trade secrets and proprietary methodologies

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LCH Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

6. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during our engagement will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.
